KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Providing incorrect information may result in your account being suspended.
Accounts registered with false information will be terminated and any balance may be forfeited.
To open an account and use services on Joya Apps, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Joya Apps is committed to protecting minors. Any account suspected of being underage will be suspended immediately pending age verification.
The following rules apply to all betting activity on Joya Apps and are binding on all users equally.
If a sports event is delayed by more than 36 hours from its scheduled time, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. For partial results, Joya Apps's decision is final.
Joya Apps always strives to offer competitive odds. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Joya Apps reserves the right to void the affected bet. In such cases, the member will be notified and the stake will be refunded.

Joya Apps supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh, as well as bank transfers.
For suspicious transactions, Joya Apps reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the account has been verified.
Joya Apps offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read before accepting.
A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must place BDT 30,000 in bets.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Joya Apps reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances:
If you wish to close your account, please contact the Help Centre. Withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn.
For inactive accounts, a maintenance fee of up to BDT 100 per month may be charged after 12 months of inactivity. Your balance will never go below zero.
